产品结构及概况
可溶性抗菌消炎止血纱布（商品名百肤邦）采用优质天然纤维，经特殊的化学处理精制而成，主要成分含有硫酸庆大霉素、大观霉素、平阳霉素、羧甲基醚化纤维钠盐等，无毒、无味、无任何副作用。该产品遇血液或水后迅速膨胀形成透明胶状物，可封闭破裂的毛细血管末端，具有激活多种凝血因子、促使凝血酶生成，吸收已经外溢的血液，达到迅速止血的作用。特别对高血压，血小板减少等病症的止血尤为显著，止血迅速，安全可靠，可有效防止伤口感染、化脓、迅速促进伤口愈合。对皮肤感染、化脓有特殊疗效。该产品为广谱抗菌消炎，吸水性强，易于被人体吸收，有良好的透气性和粘附性。对皮肤不会引起过敏反应，不会和伤口粘连，有良好的拆揭性能。可广泛应用于手术止血、外伤止血、牙科止血、烧伤、烫伤、感染化脓、褥疮、皮肤感染、脓疮、野外作业、地震急救、部队装备、战地救护等。

产品的社会意义的必要性
据最新资料显示，全球每年因车祸失血死亡的人数高达数十万人以上。另据估计，全球每年约有数百万人死于失血。而非死亡性的失血更是比比皆是，难以数计。失血，是对生命的巨大威胁。事实表明，在众多灾祸或战争中，导致死亡的原因，往往主要不是因为意外或打击本身，而是因为受伤后不能及时止血，伤员失血过多而造成的。这一切表明，我们非常急需一种有效、方便、能为大多数人所用、能随处配备的止血产品，虽然早就有一些止血用品在医院或某些特殊场合使用，但是由于造价昂贵、原材料难以获得而致使产品非常稀缺，加上使用不方便等因素，一直不能大面积使用，平民百姓基本上见不着这些产品，更不用说使用了。流血、失血的现象不但仍然十分普遍，而且常常令人触目惊心。

嘉利康国际生物科技（北京）有限公司的“可溶性抗菌消炎止血纱布”项目已经开发成功，并已于2007年4月17日获得了北京市药品监督管理局发放的《医疗器械生产企业许可证》（编号：经药监械生产许20070035号）；2007年6月18日通过了国家食品药品管理局批复（编号：食药监2007417号）；2007年7月16日通过了北京市药物分析研究所检测报告（报告书编号：20070738F、20070603F）；2007年10月通过了华夏认证中心对公司进行了现场认证，于2007年11月13日为公司发放了环境管理体系（ISO14001：2004）和质量管理体系（ISO9001：2000）认证证书；2008年4月22日通过中国药品生物制品检定所检验（报告编号：QZ200801775）；2008年5月20日通过北京市药品监督管理局质量管理体系认证。
目前，公司正在申报注册阶段，并积极落实扩大再生产所需的土地、生产车间和设备，同时也正在筹划化学接枝抗淋菌药物可溶棉纱的开发。

Product Structure and Profile
The anti-inflammatory anti-bacterial soluble hemostatic gauze (Product name: Bai Fu Bang) is made from natural fabric after special chemical treatment. It’s mainly composed of Gentamicin Sulphate, Spectinomycin, Bleomycin, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose and has no smell, toxin or side effect at all. Being exposed to water or blood, the product will quickly expand into transparent gel, which can seal the end of the broken capillary vessel, activate various clotting factors, stimulate the generation of thrombin, and absorb the excurrent blood to stop bleeding effectively. It is particularly effective for high blood pressure and thrombocytopenia because it is reliable and efficient in stanching, can prevent infection and suppuration of the wound and promote wound healing. The product is a type of broad spectrum antibiotics with good water absorption, air permeability and adhesiveness and is easy to be absorbed by human body. So it wouldn’t cause skin allergy and adhesion, and can easily be removed. The product can be used widely in surgery; trauma treatment; dental operation; burn, scald, purulent infection, bedsore, skin infection, fester treatment; field rescue, earthquake rescue, military kit, battlefield aid, traffic accident aid and the etc.
Leading the way at both home and abroad, this product solely-owned by our company has obtained two patents.

Statistics show that every year tens of thousands of people lose their lives due to blood loss in car accidents. It’s estimated that there are millions of people dying because of blood loss. Meanwhile, non-fatal blood loss is also a countless and commonplace phenomenon. Blood loss is a big threat to the life of human being.
